Skanska has sold an office complex in the Czech Republic, to AFI for €130 million, or SEK 1.4 billion. Located on the left bank of the Vltava River in Prague’s Holešovice district, Port7 comprises three office buildings with approximately 36,000 sq.m of fully let space. The divestment of adjacent plots for future development is also part of the transaction.
