Argan, France’s biggest logistics REIT, and Belgian warehouse specialist WDP have agreed a friendly all-share merger that creates a €13 billion-plus logistics real estate company with assets across eight countries and marks another step in the consolidation of the sector in Europe after the Prologis/Segro deal.
