Van der Bosch to raise capital at Savills IM

Viola van der Bosch has joined Savills Investment Management’s capital raising team in Germany as director business development.

She will be responsible for distribution efforts in the region with a particular focus on commercial real estate debt manager DRC Savills IM’s debt offering. She will report to Rena Knöpke, managing director and head of business development Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Savills IM, van der Bosch was at Union Investment Institutional, prior to which she worked at HQ Capital Private Equity in the investment team and at Morgan Stanley in the real assets /private equity division.

DRC Savills IM lends across the real estate capital structure in the UK and Western Europe. Formerly DRC Capital, it was one of the first non-bank lenders in the European lending market and was acquired by Savills IM in 2021.
