ULI Europe names Jan W. Peter as chief operating officer

ULI Europe, the regional arm of the Urban Land Institute — the world’s oldest and largest network for built environment professionals — has appointed Jan W. Peter as chief operating officer, effective 1 May 2025. He brings 20 years of experience across real estate, flexible workspace and hospitality, joining from CoreNet Global, a professional association for corporate real estate executives. Based in London, Peter will lead operations across Europe, focusing on member engagement, events, marketing, governance and the performance of ULI’s regional programmes.
