UK law firm TLT names Colin Brown partner in Edinburgh office

UK law firm TLT has named commercial real estate and investment specialist Colin Brown as a partner in its Edinburgh office. Brown joins from Scottish firm Burness Paull, where he advised institutional investors on transactions and development projects involving shopping centres, hotels, retail parks, office buildings and development land. He also brings experience in agricultural law, including farm transactions and crofting matters. The move supports TLT’s strategy to expand its presence in Scotland in 2025.
