Spearman heads Long Harbour’s single family arm

Long Harbour has appointed Jack Spearman to lead its single family housing platform which will target investment in residential assets across the UK, building on its multifamily brand Way of Life. Spearman joined Long Harbour in 2009 and is a partner in the firm, having led the origination and execution team for the UK Secured Income programme. Under his leadership the team has deployed circa £2bn to date and is responsible for originating all new opportunities, due dilligence and deal execution.
