Shah is Madison International’s new VP investments

Private equity property firm Madison International Realty has appointed Akaash Shah as vice president of investments.

Shah will be based in Madison’s London office and will focus on advancing the firm’s real estate growth platform investing activities. He will report to Mo Saraiya, managing director of the growth platform investment strategy.

Shah has more than a decade of real estate experience, most recently as a principal at Accord Group. He previously worked at HSBC in the infrastructure and real estate investment banking group. He began his career in the investment banking group at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
