Resolution Property appoints Stéphanie Mareschal as senior asset manager

Resolution Property, a leading European real estate investment and asset management firm, has appointed Stéphanie Mareschal as senior asset manager. She brings over 20 years of experience, joining from AX REIM Belgium where she led projects including the NHow Hotel in Amsterdam and the extension of Wijnegem Shopping Centre. Mareschal will oversee strategic asset management at Pegasus Park, a 934,000 sq ft business campus near Brussels Airport, and support acquisitions, refurbishments and asset optimisation across Europe.
