Quadrant appoints two new development directors
UK real estate asset management and development company Quadrant has appointed Patrick Waters and Jeremy Lacey as development directors. They will work on the firm’s existing central London office projects
Waters and Lacey have both joined Quadrant from Chelsfield where they worked together. Waters has over 35 years’ experience in the UK property market, with the last 15 spent implementing large complex mixed-use developments in central London. Most recently, he was Chelsfield’s London development director, where he was responsible for the K1 Knightsbridge development.
Lacey has over 20-years’ experience in real estate. Before joining Chelsfield he worked at Southern Properties Group for seven years, focusing on development and investment management.
