Principal appoints Nick Gunn as fund manager

Principal Real Estate Europe has appointed Nick Gunn as a fund manager working on the Principal European Core Fund.

Gunn, who will work jointly with head of fund management Giles Smith, has more than 14 years of acquisition and asset management expertise. He was previously with International Property Funds Management, a subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest direct real estate fund managers, ISPT. Prior to that, he worked in the acquisitions and disposals team at Credit Suisse Asset Management and held several other roles at real estate businesses, including at CBRE and Propertylink in Australia.
