Platform Housing Group appoints Amanda Holgate as CFO

Platform Housing Group has appointed Amanda Holgate as chief financial officer, effective 28 September. Holgate joins Platform, a UK housing association based in the Midlands, from Anchor, where she was chief financial officer and also served as interim chief executive. She previously held the CFO role at Southern Housing Group and senior finance roles at Family Mosaic and Peabody. A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Holgate will also join Platform’s board. She succeeds Rosemary Farrar, who is retiring after more than six years with the organisation, which owns around 51,000 homes.
