Pellicer and Warren bolster Evonite leadership

M&G Real Estate’s former global head of investment strategy José Pellicer (pictured above) has joined London-based property partnership Evonite as strategy partner while Realty Income’s former head of finance for Europe Chris Warren will become finance and operations partner.

The pair complete Evonite’s founding partnership team and bring complementary experience and skill sets to further enhance and strengthen the European value add real estate platform that also includes Paul Hampton, Charles-Nicolas Tarrière and Kevin Muscat

The five founding partners previously worked together at Rockspring and subsequently at Patrizia.
