Patrizia hires Hook from LaSalle

Patrizia has appointed Andrew Hook as the new fund manager for its flagship open-ended, core, balanced fund, PanEuropean. Hook has over 20 years’ experience in real estate portfolio management and strategy. He joins Patrizia from LaSalle where he was portfolio manager across three long-income real estate portfolios. Prior to LaSalle, he spent over 14 years at Aviva Investors where he was most recently a senior director responsible for the Aviva European With-Profits Fund. He began his investment career in real estate private equity, working for five years at Curzon Global Partners.
