P3 Logistic Parks appoints Simon Carter as CEO

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed former British Land chief executive Simon Carter to lead the business. Carter joined the European logistics investor, manager and developer on 7 September as CEO designate and takes over on 17 September from Frank Pörschke, who steps down after almost six years at the helm and will support the transition. Carter was previously chief financial officer of Logicor and held senior roles at Quintain Estates & Development. He is also a former president of the British Property Federation.
