Long Harbour appoints Sylvain Fortier as Senior Adviser

Long Harbour has appointed real estate veteran Sylvain Fortier as Senior Adviser to provide strategic guidance across its investment strategies. With over 30 years’ experience, Fortier will join the board as a Non-Executive Director following the firm’s planned management buyout. He previously held senior roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where he oversaw a C$75bn global portfolio. He also serves on the board of a Canadian REIT and is Chairman and NED at M7 Real Estate.
