Logicor appoints Susann Birkert-Müller head of development in Germany

Logicor, a UK-headquartered developer and manager of European logistics real estate, has named Susann Birkert-Müller as head of development in Germany. She will oversee delivery of 170,000 sq m of new-build logistics projects and support the firm’s growth in high-demand markets. Birkert-Müller brings over 17 years’ experience in logistics real estate, joining from Panattoni. Her appointment strengthens Logicor’s strategy to develop modern, sustainable logistics assets across Germany, where e-commerce and shifting consumer behaviour continue to drive demand.
