LGIM’s Drew joins Delancey debt team as director

UK-focused property investment firm Delancey, has appointed Kate Drew, formerly with Legal & General Investment Management, as director of capital markets.

Reporting to Delancey’s head of capital markets, Lorna Brown, Drew will underwrite, source, and execute debt strategies to support a range of clients and mandates. This will include both sourcing debt for equity investments and originating and structuring debt investments for the Delancey debt platform.

At LGIM Drew was part of a team esponsible for doubling asset under management for the real estate debt platform.
Prior to that she was at Lloyds Banking Group as part of the commercial real estate team.
