Lamb joins Dolphin as development director

Affordable housing specialist Dolphin Living has appointed Matthew Lamb as development director. Lamb has worked for almost 20 years with a number of London-based developers and joins Dolphin from affordable housing developer Pocket Living, prior to which he worked for build to rent developer Essential Living, having formerly worked in CBRE’s project management team.
