Judd joins CBRE Ireland as capital advisors director

CBRE has appointed Christian Judd as a director in its capital advisors team in Ireland.

He will provide clients with holistic real estate corporate finance advice, working closely with CBRE’s EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking and Equity teams within capital advisors.

Judd joins from Federated Hermes International where he was responsible for real estate corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, financings, creating new joint ventures and corporate restructurings for key clients including the BT Pension Scheme and CPPIB.

Prior to that he was in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at EY, working on complex real estate transactions across a variety of sectors.

Based in Dublin, Judd who will be led by Andy Tallon, will also work closely with the wider EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking team, led by Tim Ryan, to leverage the full scale of CBRE’s Capital Advisors platform in Ireland.
