INREV appoints Lucy Fletcher as Chair

The European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) has appointed Lucy Fletcher as its new Chair. A board member since 2021, Fletcher brings over 26 years of global real estate experience. She is currently Fund Manager at CBRE Investment Management, overseeing fund strategy and performance. Her previous roles include Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management at QuadReal, a senior position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Asia Pacific, and earlier work at JLL in Chicago.
