Henderson Park makes Tyler Rothenberg managing director

Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, has appointed Tyler Rothenberg as managing director to help lead its US investment platform. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, he will focus on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, strengthening regional and capital relationships, and supporting the firm’s continued expansion across North America. Rothenberg joins from Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, where he spent 15 years, most recently as managing director leading its West Coast real estate office. Earlier in his career, he worked at J.P. Morgan Real Estate Partners, the principal real estate investing arm of the investment bank.
