Greystar appoints Michael Stapf as managing director – development, Germany and Austria

Greystar, the global rental housing investment, development and management company, has appointed Michael Stapf as managing director – development, Germany and Austria. Stapf, who has more than 25 years’ real estate experience, joins from LBBW Immobilien Development, where he was managing director. He previously served as chief investment officer and managing director at International Campus, leading investment and development activities across Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic. Earlier, he spent 18 years at Groß & Partner, latterly in its executive management team.
