Forsters appoints Noel Ainsworth to launch real estate funds practice

London law firm Forsters has appointed Noel Ainsworth as partner in its commercial real estate team, effective 1 July 2025. He will lead the launch of a new real estate funds practice. Ainsworth brings over 20 years of experience in the private investment funds sector, with previous partner roles at Shoosmiths, Morgan Lewis, and Simmons & Simmons. His expertise spans fund structuring across real estate, infrastructure and private equity, as well as advising institutional investors on fund investments.
