Fiera Capital names Ignacio Ruíz Gallego to Iberian debt role

Canadian asset manager Fiera Capital has appointed Ignacio Ruíz Gallego as investment associate in its European real estate debt team, expanding its presence in Spain. Ruíz joins from CBRE Capital Advisors, where he focused on debt origination and capital structuring across Europe. At Fiera, he will support investments in Spain and Portugal as part of its US$5.4 billion global private credit platform. The firm’s European strategy has already funded PBSA developments in Valencia and Alicante.
