Della Porta to head Italy asset management for Primonial

Primonial Group has appointed Benedetta Della Porta as head of real estate asset management in Italy. She reports to Fabrizio Bonavita, director of real estate for the group in Italy.

Della Porta (pictured left), is based in Milan, and will be responsible for managing real estate investments for Italy and will be the local operational contact for the managers of the group’s European real estate management companies. She will also lead the management and valuation of the €700 million Italian real estate portfolio.

Della Porta has over 15 years’ experience in asset management for leading real estate companies in Italy. Before joining Primonial she was business development manager at FARE, where she created and led a partnership with Tikehau Capital for a large residential development in Milan.

From 2018 to 2019 she was senior advisor in business development for Quinta Capital Partners, prior to which she was investment manager for Aerium from 2016 to 2017.
