CTP hires Brookfield’s Grote

CTP Germany has appointed Sara Grote as business developer and leasing manager. She will be responsible for the operational development of the company’s tenant and property management and the establishment of new tenant relationships in East Germany. Grote reports to Fabian Kempchen, regional development director east at CTP Germany.

Before joining CTP, she worked at Brookfield Properties as associate asset management and at Verifort Capital as asset manager.
