Cromwell’s Cahoon joins Valesco

Valesco has appointed Stephen Cahoon as managing director, head of asset management. He will lead the asset management activities and business plan execution.

He was previously head of asset management, Europe, at Cromwell Property Group, where he was responsible for the asset management programme of a €3.5 billion pan-European real estate portfolio comprising 180 assets and 2,000 tenants across 11 countries.

Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles in the UK for Cromwell Property Group, including co-head of UK and head of UK asset management.
