Colonial SFL makes Alexia Abtan general manager of French operations

Colonial SFL, the European prime real estate group, has appointed Alexia Abtan as general manager of its French operations from 1 September. She will succeed Aude Grant and lead SFL, the group’s Paris-focused property business. Abtan joined SFL in 2007 after starting her career at Amundi Real Estate. She has held roles across asset management, marketing, redevelopment, acquisitions and disposals, most recently serving as director of investments and institutional communications and sitting on its management committee. She holds a master’s degree in real estate management from Paris Dauphine University.
