Chris Gill made MD of Kajima Europe’s partnerships business

Kajima Europe has appointed Chris Gill as managing director of its partnerships business in a move that is part of a broader succession strategy to reinforce the company’s board.

Kajima Partnerships is the property and project finance investment arm of Kajima Europe, active in social infrastructure, renewables and urban regeneration.

Gill has over 15 years’ experience in real estate investment and asset management specialising in infrastructure and energy. He will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Kajima Partnership’s 25-year old business across its core sectors of renewables, regeneration and social infrastructure, including Kajima’s public-sector focussed software business, Kajima Community.

He will also oversee Kajima Partnerships’ investments and operations in Ireland and will continue in his role as head of renewables at Kajima Europe.
