CBRE names Henrica Ginström managing director in Finland

Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Henrica Ginström as managing director of advisory services in Finland, effective 9 June 2025. She joins after 13 years at Citycon, where she served as CEO and previously held senior roles in Stockholm and Oslo. Ginström began her career at PwC in transaction services. Her appointment strengthens CBRE’s Nordic leadership and supports its strategy to expand client services and capabilities across the Finnish commercial property market.
