Auren names María Eugenia Aldama partner in real estate law

Spanish professional services firm Auren has appointed María Eugenia Aldama as a partner in its legal division, strengthening its capabilities in real estate law. Aldama brings over 20 years’ experience, having worked at Uría Menéndez and held senior legal roles at investment groups including General Electric, Azora, Värde Partners and Cerberus. Her expertise spans transactions, leasing, development and construction across asset classes. She has also advised on cross-border deals in Europe and the US, and is active in legal academia and industry networks.
