A&L Goodbody appoints Kevin Murphy to lead real estate in Belfast

Irish law firm A&L Goodbody has appointed Kevin Murphy as partner and head of its real estate department in Belfast. With over 18 years’ experience in commercial property, Murphy specialises in land deals for renewable energy projects, as well as investment, development, leasing and property finance. His appointment brings the firm’s Northern Ireland partner team to 21. He returns to ALG at a time of strong activity, including its advisory role in Northern Ireland’s largest property deal of 2025.
