AEW promotes Bianca Kraus as head of investor relations Europe

AEW has appointed Bianca Kraus as head of investor relations Europe, effective from 1 July 2026. The real estate investment and asset manager has promoted Kraus, who joined AEW in 2019 as head of investor relations Germany before taking responsibility for the wider DACH region in 2023. Based in Munich, she will report to Vanessa Roux-Collet, chief executive officer Europe, and lead AEW’s European investor relations team, overseeing capital raising and client servicing across Europe while helping execute AEW’s European growth strategy and ensuring continuity of service for existing clients.
