European Ageing Network

The European Ageing Network (EAN) encompasses more than 13,000 elderly and social care providers. Members consist of all types of organisations and individuals in the field of ageing and include all types of ownership, such as private for-profit, non-profit and public organisations, committed to improving the quality of life for older persons.

EAN is a truly pan-European organisation, present in 29 countries. It does not stand alone in pursuing its vision, values and mission, as it is a member of the Global Ageing Network (GAN), a worldwide network based in Washington, DC. EAN and GAN bring together experts from around the world, lead educational initiatives and provide a platform for innovative ideas in senior care.

They pave the way to improve practices in the care of older persons, enabling them to live healthier, stronger and more independent lives.

Founded in 1988, the Specht Group is a leading developer, builder and operator of senior living and healthcare real estate in Germany, with over 150 completed projects. Origin Investments

Origin Investments is a leading Polish company specialising in real estate development and commercial property investments, with a strong focus on senior housing and healthcare services. Operating exclusively in Poland, it delivers innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the senior-living market.

With extensive experience in design, development and commercialisation, the company has built a robust business model covering senior housing projects, care services, long-term rental apartments for older people, and rehabilitation and wellness facilities. This approach has already been validated through the sale of its first two projects to a French investor.

The flagship product, Apartamenty ReVital, offers a scalable senior housing model, supporting rapid expansion and investment replication. In select locations, these developments integrate specialised care and rehabilitation services, creating a comprehensive support ecosystem for senior residents.

Currently, Origin Investments is driving strategic projects along Poland’s Baltic coast near the Tricity area (Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia), and in Warsaw, further strengthening its market presence.

Healthcare and Operational Living Advisors

Healthcare and Operational Living Advisors (HOLA), founded in 2024, comprises accomplished and highly adaptable specialist property consultants and advisers.
