P3 appoints Javier Mérida to lead group asset management

P3 Logistic Parks, the logistics property owner and developer, has appointed Javier Mérida as its group head of asset management and a member of its executive leadership team. Mérida, who has led P3 Spain since 2020, will bring asset management, property management, leasing, customer engagement and ESG together under one remit. His track record in Spain includes the transformation and leasing of P3 Abrera, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding score of 97.76%, and the delivery of the 43,027 sq m P3 Zigoitia platform, which was around 70% leased on completion.
