Martin McGann to retire as LondonMetric’s chief financial officer in 2027

Martin McGann will retire as chief financial officer of LondonMetric Property, the UK property company, in summer 2027, following its full year results. He has been with LondonMetric since its formation in January 2013, having previously served as chief financial officer at London & Stamford Property and Pillar Property. McGann said his focus remained on the business and ensuring a smooth handover. He will leave after more than 14 years with LondonMetric. Plans to appoint his replacement are well underway, and the company will announce a successor in due course.
