The Urban Land Institute UK has appointed Alexis Muller of Oxford Properties Group and Joanna Saade of Measurabl Chair and Vice Chair, respectively of its Young Leaders Committee, which represents professionals aged 35 and under.

Both Alexis and Joanna have officially commenced their two-year terms. Alexis succeeds Louis Lallouette, Senior Analyst at Greystar, who took over as Chair of the ULI Europe Young Leaders Group in July.

Alexis Muller has been part of the European Investments team at Oxford Properties Group, the real estate arm of OMERS, since 2017. He has extensive experience developing and executing pan-European investment strategies across multiple real estate sectors, complemented by expertise in asset management and debt capital markets. An active member of the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee for several years, Alexis has also recently joined the ULI UK Executive Committee.

“Our focus will be on delivering a rich programme centred on insight, professional development and actively shaping the future of our industry as it continues to undergo structural change”, said Muller. “I’m excited to work with our newly recruited Young Leaders Committee, strengthen connections across ULI in the UK and Europe, and building on the strong foundations laid by our predecessors.”

Joanna Saade works at the intersection of sustainability, data and real estate investment. As a Strategic Account Executive at Measurabl, she helps institutional LPs and GPs in real estate build investment-grade foundational data and use that robust foundation to improve portfolio performance. Previously, she worked in real estate advisory, supporting institutional investors on value creation and risk mitigation through a sustainability lens, and began her career as a chartered architect. Joanna originally joined the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee in 2025.

“As an architect and adviser to institutional investors, I’ve seen that the most impactful decisions happen when design, capital and technical expertise meet”, said Saade. “Amid geopolitical uncertainty and shifting capital flows, understanding each side of the table matters more than ever. This year, I look forward to fostering that collaboration across the built environment and the ULI community and strengthening ties with peers in the UK and Europe.”
