Newmark hires Micky McMullan for UK Office Rating team

Newmark, the commercial real estate adviser, has appointed Micky McMullan to its Office Rating team in London, strengthening its business rates expertise across the capital and key markets in England and Wales. McMullan joins from ForeView, where he was senior associate director in the Business Rates team. He has advised office occupiers on assets from specialist London properties to large nationwide portfolios, with particular expertise across the City, West End and Midtown. His experience includes liability forecasting, mitigation on underutilised space, and appeals and value challenges.
