Valor Real Estate Partners and GIC have completed the acquisition of Horizon Logistics Park, one of Europe’s best connected logistics hubs, in Swords, North Dublin. The London-based last-mile specialist and the global institutional investor said the transaction underpins both companies’ strong conviction in the high-growth Dublin industrial and logistics market.
