Call for entries: High-potential innovation zones seeking investment

Real FDI — the publication bridging the worlds of real assets and foreign direct investment — will spotlight the Top 10 Most Attractive Investor-Ready Innovation Zones in our May 2026 edition.

This special feature will showcase high-value, investment-ready opportunities across the global innovation ecosystem, highlighting projects that are driving economic transformation, attractinginternational capital and enabling next-generation industries.

We are seeking submissions from across a broad range of innovation-led real asset developments, including:

• Innovation districts and mixed-use innovation ecosystems

• Science and technology parks across sectors (AI, advanced manufacturing, clean tech, digital)

• Advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation hubs

• Digital infrastructure clusters (data centres, cloud campuses, AI hubs)

• Energy transition and clean-tech zones

• Research, education and talent-driven campuses

• Public–private innovation corridors and special economic zones

• Integrated urban districts designed to attract high-growth knowledge industries

Projects selected will be profiled in print and digital formats and highlighted to institutional investors, developers, corporates, site selectors and policymakers across Real FDI’s global audience, as well as attendees at major international investment events such as UK REiiF and The CEE Summit.

We invite developers, investment promotion agencies, governments, economic development organisations, zone operators and project sponsors to submit outstanding, investor-ready innovation projects across all stages of development.

In order to have your projects considered, please submit the following details to courtney dot fingar at realassetmedia dotcom by 16 April 2026:

• PROJECT OVERVIEW: a short summary of the project
• THE OPPORTUNITY: what kind of investment opportunities are available and what kind of partners are being sought (investors, developers, etc)?
• THE FINANCIALS: please share any relevant financials (funding needs and models, projected costs, returns, etc)
• PROJECT SPONSOR: is it backed by a public entity or private company? Please name
• SIGNIFICANCE: what would be impact of the investment on the local/national economy?
• THE PITCH: what makes this an attractive investment opportunity?
• CONTACTS: who should investors or interested parties reach out to?
