Frank Pörschke reveals plans for P3 in RAI October edition

P3 Logistic Parks, the sector specialist owned by Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, may have the luxury of being able to take the long view but in the logistics sector’s current bull run, nobody can afford to stand still.

After two major portfolio acquisitions in around 12 months, the market has been primed for the next big deal.

Real Asset Insight magazine spoke to the company’s new CEO Frank Pörschke who provided a glimpse of the company’ plans for the future now that he is at the helm and and they may not be what people are expecting.

Although P3 is and has to remain a dedicated logistics player, Pörschke said there is always scope to “do something different at the edges”.
