Coima sets new targets to tackle Italy’s housing challenge

Coima has unveiled new targets for its flagship ESG City Impact Fund, aimed at transforming Italy’s urban landscape with 10,000 student beds and 10,000 new homes. The supply/demand imbalance is acute in the residential sector, with two new households for each new resi unit built, and in student housing, with PBSA stock available for less than 5% of students.
