CEE Summit in Warsaw at a crucial time for the region

The 11th annual CEE Summit underway in Warsaw this week, jointly organized by Real Asset Media and The Poland Observer, comes at a time when two of the larger CEE countries – Poland and Romania – have elected new presidents.

These political shifts and other events have made this a particularly impactful time in business, trade and real estate. These are topics the conference on 5th June at the InterContinental Warsaw will tackle, with a series of dedicated panels and high-profile speakers who will also discuss the energy transition, tech advances, FDI flows and transport & infrastructure investments – including the huge CPK transport hub planned for central Poland.

The CEE Summit is the region’s premier real estate event, bringing together international investors and local decision makers to catch up with the latest developments in the region and discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead. The format includes both large-conference format and smaller breakout sessions where participants can drill down into the details of the sectors, locations and issues that are most important for them.

On the first day of the summit international journalists, ‘investment influencers’ and real estate professionals from around the world went on a tour of the centre of Warsaw to get a sense of what is happening on the ground. The tour took them to the latest and most promising new and planned projects across a range of sectors: office, retail, living and mixed-use centres.
