Around the world, economies are having to adapt to the higher interest rate environment, the affects of which are being felt across both occupier and capital markets, including those of the logistics real estate sector.

But interest rates are just one of the factors that affects this heterogeneous market, which is why Tritax EuroBox, Savills and Analytiqa have again come together and have launched the annual European Real Estate Logistics Census for 2024.

The project seeks views from the complete spectrum of logistics property market stakeholders in Europe – occupiers, developers, landlords, landowners or brokers – and the survey aims to discover what each regards as the key issues likely to influence the sector in the coming year.

This is the fourth year of the census and the results will again provide detailed insight to occupier behaviour and possible changes and the ways in which investors and developers will react. It will also highlight the key issues that those in the know believe will influence this crucial sector in the months and years to come.

The results and analysis of the data will be published in September 2024. Those participants that provide their contact details will also be entered into a prize draw and could win an Amazon voucher to the value of £500, or your local currency equivalent.
