BGO provides €115m debt to refinance Dutch retail portfolio

Investment firm Castlelake has refinanced the Nexus portfolio of Dutch high street retail property. BGO has provided about €115 million to replace the Big 6 Facility, part of the Kanaal CMBS Finance 2019.
