£500 draw prize up for grabs for logistics census participants

Logistics remains one of the priority asset types for many investors but the sector has been subject to headwinds such as increased construction costs, rising bank rates and labour shortages.

Assessing the effects of this changing context is essential and Tritax EuroBox, Savills and Analytiqa have just launched the third joint European Real Estate Logistics Census survey.

This project will engage the full spectrum of European logistics property market stakeholders including occupiers, developers, landlords, landowners  and brokers – we would be grateful for a few moments of your time to hear about what you see as being the key issues likely to influence the sector in the coming year.

The results of the census will provide insight as to how occupier behaviour may change and how investors and developers will react, as well as highlighting key issues such as the increasing importance of sustainability, the bottlenecks of the land-permitting process, the continued rise of online retail and the extent to which speculative development is taking place.

Results will be published in September 2023 and will provide a valuable insight into the future of the sector, but as an additional incentive survey participants will be entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon voucher worth £500, or the equivalent in local currency.
