Boreal IM/Cadillac Fairview JV forward buys Madrid logistics
Boreal IM and Cadillac Fairview’s joint venture has completed the forward purchase of a warehouse in Madrid’s largest logistics market for around €45 million. The project is the JV’s third transaction in Spain and is due to be complete in 2024.
