Juergen Fenk joins Eastdil Secured as MD in Frankfurt
Former Primonial CEO Juergen Fenk has become managing director at Eastdil Secured and will join the firm’s Frankfurt office, to work with the firm’s EMEA team as well as senior teams globally.
As CEO of Primonial REIM, Fenk established the firm’s European platform. He left in March this year, two years after his appointment.
Currently Fenk is also a member of the supervisory board of residential specialist Vonovia and he is a global governing trustee of the Urban Land Institute, having served as chair of ULI Europe until June 2020.
An economics graduate from Munich, Fenk has 30 years of experience in the global real estate and financial sectors and, prior to joining Primonial, was a member of the executive committee and CEO of Signa Innovations. He has also held various management positions in Europe and in the US, at Helaba, Bawag PSK, and HRE Group.
