Sale of Polish assets shows appetite persists: Panattoni
Industrial and logistics property specialist Panattoni, has sold two logistics assets in Lublin and the Silesia West region of Poland to a North American private equity investor.
The two properties have a combined area of about 65,000 sq m. The 35,000 sq m logistics warehouse at Panattoni Park, Lublin City IV, in southeastern Poland, is fully let and has inflation indexation and a weighted average unexpired lease term of more than six years. The building has a BREEAM Very Good sustainability rating.
The second asset is located at Panattoni Park Silesia West, near Zabrze (pictured above), has a 30,500 sq m GLA logistics warehouse It is not far from the city of Katowice in the Silesian urban conurbation of southwestern Poland.
Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni CEO & Co-Owner Europe and India, said that the sale “demonstrates the continuing strong investor appetite for modern logistics properties with high sustainability credentials in the Polish market.”
