Latest edition of Real Asset Insight magazine available

The July/August edition of Real Asset Insight is now available. In this edition, we look at the effects of the changed market environment on the the listed sector.

In our Listed Property section, EPRA’s David Moreno highlights that one of the factors protecting real estate from the worst effects of rising interest rates and inflation has been the leverage lesson taught by the Global Financial Crisis of 2008-2009.

For this edition we also spoke to Canary Wharf Group CEO Shobi Khan who explained why London’s newest financial district is now adapting for a new community, life sciences, and laboratories will soon sit cheek-by-jowl alongside large-floorplate offices.

We also look at the outlook for the European property markets. This edition separately examines the markets in France; we also look closely at the effects on logistics real estate of the changing economic context; and we look at how Scotland has shortened its net zero deadline to 2045 and ask how it aims to achieve this.
